Guardian™ 2000 Hotplates and Stirrers

Dependable OHAUS Guardian 2000™ Hotplates and Stirrers are ideal for education and other lab environments that require affordable, everyday fast heating and reliable stirring up to 15 L. All three sizes offer simple knob control to easily adjust the heating and stirring functions. The durable housing includes a built-in support rod holder that accepts the optional support rod. Stirring models include PTFE-coated stir bars.

The Z446 universal centrifuge series offers the highest capacity of any benchtop Hermle-Benchmark model. With air-craft grade, premium alloy construction, the 4 x 750 mL swing out rotor can withstand centrifugal forces upwards of 4,500 xg with full loads of up to 28 x 50 mL or 68 x 15 mL tubes.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification,which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy to use front panel can adjust accel/decel rates, and change the end of run alarm tone. Rotor exchange is simple and requires less than one minute. An included rotor wrench can be used to loosen and install all rotors. As soon as the rotor is placed on the motor shaft, the identification process activates and the installed rotor code is displayed on the backlit LCD display.

Accuris™ E3200 UV Transilluminator

Accuris™ UV Transilluminators feature space-saving designs, to fit perfectly in any busy laboratory. Three models are available, with a range of intensity settings and viewing surface sizes. Choose your model depending on your application and the size or number of gels to analyze. 

The E3200 offers a large viewing surface of 21 x 26 cm to accommodate larger gels or multiple small gels. High powered, 14W UV bulbs provide higher sensitivity, so the smallest bands of stained nucleic acids can be visualized. The E3200 also features a control knob for continuous adjustment of the UV intensity.

All Accuris™ UV Transilluminators incorporate scratch-resistant, UV filter glass. Peak output emission of 302 nm is ideal for excitation of gels stained with Ethidium Bromide, SmartGlow, SYBR Green and other common gel stains.

Acrylic UV blocking covers allow safe viewing of samples, and friction hinges on the front edge allow positioning of the cover at an angle for gel access.

Benchmark™ Mini Nutating Rocker

The Mini Rocker is a multi-functional shaker that provides a three-dimensional nutating motion for thorough foam-free mixing in tubes as well as a variety of flat vessels.  The model comes standard with an autoclavable dimpled mat and optional flat mats are available for mixing with other vessel types. This mixer features maintenance-free, brushless motors and is capable of loads up to 2 kg, and is safe for use in cold rooms or incubators.

The new Incu-Mixer MP series is designed to provide an optimal method for vortexing and incubating microplates. Simultaneous heating from both the bottom plate and the heated lid provide temperature uniformity throughout the sample. Additionally, the heated lid minimizes evaporation and prevents condensation. A compact, 2 mm orbit ensures thorough mixing in microplates without splashing. Speed, time and temperature are all displayed in real time on the large LCD screen while an internal validation system constantly monitors all parameters for accuracy.

Designed for application flexibility, the Incu-Mixer series is available in two, and four-plate capacities, both capable of accepting all standard plates up to 40 mm high. Independent time, temperature and speed controls allow the mixer to function as 3 machines in one; a multi-plate incubator, vortexer, or a combination of the two. The Incu-Mixer MP series is ideal for a wide variety of molecular biology applications including immunochemical reactions, enzyme and protein analysis, and micro array analysis.

RoboRocker 2D Rockers

210 Series

Programmable rocker designed for microfluidic organoid and 3D cell culture. Touch screen user interface. Racks securely hold plates and come in 2 and 4 level options. Most culture plates are designed for rocking along the length of the plate. Select a forward facing rack for those that need to rock across the width of the plate. Platforms have a removable docking bar (plate alignment bar).

Heavy Duty 310 series

Programmable, heavy duty tilt platform designed for microfluidic organoid and 3D cell culture. Touch screen user interface. Heavy Duty with 22 lb. (10 kg) capacity. The 11.5 x 11.5 In. (29 x 29 cm) platform has 6 removable well plate docks in a 3 x 2 array. The platform can hold more than 6 plates if the plates are stacked. The dock guides can be removed to allow the platform to hold items other than well plates. The platform can be rotated so that the well plates tilt along their length or along their width.

*Note that this model has a 3D-printed housing and a full 1 year warranty.

High Speed 750 series

Programmable RoboRocker 750 series rockers are designed for high shear flow for 3D cell and organoid culture systems. The High Speed 750 series rockers can travel at high speeds, which allows it to burst to the desired angle. This is useful if you want high shear flow immediately, rather than “using up” culture medium while the culture plate is traveling to the steep angle. This model is geared for high speed. Positioning is very accurate but not as accurate as the 210 series RoboRockers.

Additional Stackable platform

The 11.5 x 11.5 In. platform has six removable well plate/culture plate docks in a 3 x 2 array. The platform can hold more than 6 plates if the plates are stacked. The dock guide can be removed to allow the platform to hold items other than plates. The dock guide can be positioned so that the plates tilt along their length or their width. 11 lb. (5 kg) load capacity.
