TPP Cryogenic Tubes

 

TPP Cryogenic Tubes provide safe and reliable long-term storage of cell lines, tissues, and biological samples in freezers or LN2 vapor phase. Designed with a pronounced external thread, they deliver a secure, gas- and aerosol-tight seal to prevent leaks, protect sample integrity, and minimize contamination.

 

The smooth internal surface reduces specimen loss during retrieval, while the unique vial geometry eliminates the need for silicone gaskets. A star-shaped, self-standing bottom allows for one-handed opening and closing under sterile conditions, improving ease of use.

 

Manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene, TPP Cryogenic Tubes ensure maximum sample protection with no additives, slip agents, biocides, or plasticizers. Each tube features a white writing surface, clear graduations, and compatibility with TPP labeling cap inserts for simple identification.

Supplied sterile, DNAse/RNAse-free, pyrogen-free, and heavy metal-free, TPP Cryogenic Tubes are packaged in durable, resealable zipper bags with laser perforation for secure handling.

 

Applications include: cryopreservation of cell lines, long-term storage of tissues, sample transport, and secure storage of biological specimens.

The PolarSafe cryogenic 2D vials, available in 2 and 5 mL sizes with internally or externally threaded caps, are idea for rapid processing of biological samples. The embedded Datamatrix code at the bottom of each vial along with the corresponding "Code 128" barcode on the body of the vial, saves time and provides accurate organization and tracking of valuable samples.

The 2D vials can be safely stored in polycarbonate boxes (purchase separately). The storage boxes also feature the 2D Datamatrix code and Code 128 barcode to provide automatic identification of both the box and stored vials.
