The PR1MA™ Cell Strainer system is a fast, efficient, and easy-to-use solution designed to streamline the process of cell isolation and filtration. Ideal for flow cytometry, this advanced straining system is perfect for detaching, isolating, and filtering cells from clusters and tissue samples.

Each cell strainer features a durable polypropylene frame supporting a nylon mesh, available in eight distinct, color-coded pore sizes ranging from 5 uM to 100 uM. Eight fine mesh options offer enhanced control for filtering cell aggregates and clumps, improving experimental precision.

The innovative frame design significantly improves filtration performance. By eliminating the “air-lock” effect, PR1MA™ Signature Cell Strainers promote faster flow-through and better aeration, reducing spillover and processing time.

Designed for convenience and consistency, these all-in-one kits eliminate the need to assemble multiple components, reducing handling time and minimizing contamination risks in the laboratory.

Each ReadyStrain™ kit comes preassembled and ready to use, featuring a cell strainer securely attached to a 50 mL centrifuge tube, along with a separate screw cap for easy sealing, processing, and storage after filtration. Packaged individually in sterile, easy-open tear-strip bags, these kits allow researchers to open what they need directly under a hood, avoiding unnecessary exposure of additional lab materials.

Gamma sterilized to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10, ReadyStrain™ II Cell Strainer Kits offer a reliable and efficient solution for cell preparation workflows, improving reproducibility while maintaining sample integrity.

Harvest is the first product of its kind, providing all the necessary parts for filtration of cell suspensions and combining them into a single, preassembled, ready to use, sterile packet. The kits eliminate the contamination risks associated with opening multiple packages, and assembling separate pieces. The individual sterile packets mean researchers are no longer forced to expose entire bags of 50mL tubes and corresponding caps to perform one filtration.
