Radiance Q Chemiluminescent Substrate

 

Radiance Q chemiluminescent substrate is specially formulated for use with Azure Imaging Systems, or other CCD imagers. This novel horseradish peroxidase (HRP) substrate provides a strong, long-lasting signal, the broadest useful linear range, and high sensitivity for the most quantitative chemiluminescent Western assays.

These two components are supported by a specially formulated buffer with an exacting combination of salts, PCR enhancers, stabilizers and pH that results in earlier Ct values and a high specificity across a broad dynamic range.

RWD Cell Separation Assembly Kit

 

Applications include immunology research, oncology research, neuroscience, stem cell research, and cell therapy.

 

RWD magnetic microbead cell separation products consist of Nano-Bead Cell Separation Platform and Nano-Beads (Column Based and Column free). Nano-sized magnetic beads do not need elution, and the separated cells can be directly used in downstream experiments such as flow cytometry, cell culture, single-cell sequencing, and more.

Work Flow

  • Antibody incubation: Incubate the antibody with cell suspension at 4ºC for 10-15 mins.
  • Microbead incubation: Incubate the magnetic microbeads with cell suspension at 4ºC for 10-15 mins.
  • Magnetic separation: Put the separation column into the magnetic field and add the cell suspension into the column.
    • Only cells labeled with magnetic beads will be captured in the column.
  • Elution: Remove the column from the magnetic field and add a buffer to elute the positive cells.
