Dynalon® Polypropylene Graduated Cylinders, Class B


Dynalon® Polypropylene Graduated Cylinders are durable, lightweight measuring cylinders designed for routine laboratory, educational, and industrial applications. These plastic graduated cylinders feature permanently molded graduations that will not fade, peel, or wash away, even after repeated autoclaving.

 

Manufactured in accordance with ISO 6706 international quality standards, Dynalon® Polypropylene Graduated Cylinders deliver consistent accuracy and reliability. All cylinders meet DIN 12 680 TT, Class B tolerance requirements, making them suitable for general-purpose liquid measurement.

 

Constructed from translucent polypropylene (PP), these cylinders are shatter-resistant, helping reduce breakage and improve laboratory safety compared to traditional glass cylinders. Polypropylene provides excellent chemical resistance to most acids, bases, and many commonly used laboratory solvents.

Dynalon® Erlenmeyer Flasks are manufactured from clear, break-resistant Lexan® polycarbonate for durability and excellent visibility during laboratory applications. Designed for versatility and reliability, these flasks are ideal for cell culture, media preparation, storage, and general laboratory use.

Each flask is produced using Lexan® polycarbonate by SABIC, a material that meets stringent FDA and USP requirements and is manufactured in a Class 10K cleanroom environment. Flasks are available with or without baffles to accommodate a wide range of shaking and mixing needs.

Every Erlenmeyer flask is sterilized by gamma irradiation and individually packaged in a protective bag featuring a dual-purpose closure with a 0.22 uM pore size to allow sterile air exchange. The polypropylene (PP) screw cap ensures a secure seal while maintaining sterility.

 

These flasks are fully autoclavable and reusable, offering long-term value and convenience. They are certified non-pyrogenic and DNase- and RNase-free, making them suitable for sensitive biological and molecular applications.
