The Benchmixer™ XL is a heavy-duty vortex mixer designed to facilitate hands-free mixing in tubes, flasks, vials, or cylinders. It is ideal for the QuEChERS pesticide analysis method and is instantly adaptable to a broad range of vessels and racks. The precisely balanced drive system includes an oversized motor that delivers accurate, reproducible speeds up to 2500 rpm with rattle-free operation and minimal vibration. The programmable pulsing function allows for time-specific interval mixing and increasing agitation.

The 7 x 12 In. platform accommodates a wide variety of standard, pre-drilled tube racks and can be easily adapted to almost any type of vessel commonly found in the laboratory.
Using BenchMixer™ XL is easy-after loading the sample rack and tightening the locking knobs, select the desired speed and run time on the large digital control panel, then press Start. The BenchMIxer™ XL can run unattended for up to 100 hours.

180ºC Dry-Heat Sterilization Technology Minimizes Contamination

Easy and effective sterilization of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, and micro plasma with strong resistance, at 180°C high temperatures without the need for consumables. Simply press the “sterilization key” to activate and complete the sterilization process automatically in just 12 hours. Delivers sterility level within the chamber of all surfaces to meet WS/T367-2012 standards. All components are sterilized during the process, there is no need to dissemble internal components (including CO2 sensors) and decontaminate separately, thus avoiding secondary pollution.

Anti-Condensation Heating System to Reduce Pollution Risk

The door on the CO2 incubator radiates heat to the inner glass door, effectively preventing the glass door from forming condensation. The possibility of microbial contamination caused by the condensate water is eliminated.

Intelligent Control of Circulating Air Maintains Uniformity

Automatically adjusts the circulation of the airflow, optimizing the airflow to avoid air volatilization of samples and ensuring proper uniformity throughout the chamber.

Comprehensive Safety Alarm System

The system ensures the safety of experiments and processes by utilizing an independent temperature alarm system, including a sound light and remote reminder. Other alarms include CO2 concentration, door ajar, and water shortage.

2 mL tubes are prefilled with one large, banded 6 mm zirconium satellite and garnet shards. Beads are alcohol washed and heat treated. Sharp edges of the garnet shards make these beads useful for homogenization for tough samples such as skin and plant material. Suitable for use in most bead homogenizers including the BeadBug 3, Beadbug 6, and the BeadBlaster 24.

2.0 mL Tubes, Stainless Steel Beads (D1033-28)

2 mL tubes are prefilled with 2.8 mm diameter stainless steel beads for bead homogenization. Beads are alcohol washed and heat treated. Suitable for use in most bead homogenizers including the BeadBug 3, Beadbug 6, and the BeadBlaster 24.

For applications requiring increased capacity over the Z306 or Z326 series centrifuges, the Z366 series offer a unique Mid-Range swing-out rotor that accepts a variety of different tubes, including up to 16 x 50 mL or 40 x 15 mL. Despite this step up in capacity, the Z366 maintains a surprisingly compact design, with the standard air-cooled model featuring a footprint of 17 x 20 inches.

In addition to the popular 4 x 250 mL swing-out rotor, a variety of additional rotors are also available. Angled rotors range from a 24 x 1.5 mL micro-rotor to a high capacity 6 x 250 mL rotor.

A 2 x 3 microplate rotor is also available, as well as a 4 x PCR strips (8-strips) rotor.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor.
