The ENDURO Mini is a great saver of space and money. This power supply can handle up to 2 gel boxes at atime and is great for horizontal DNA gels and mini-vertical protein gels. These are small in size but not performance. The ergonomic design of the ENDURO Mini allows them to be stacked. However, to minimize cabling, up to three power supplies can be placed within the PowerStock allowing optimal air circulation while only utilizing one power outlet at the bench. These units are full featured with 300V, 400mA, 60W and built in timer. They can run at either constant voltage or constant current and have automatic cross-over as well as no-load detection.

Revolver Lab Rotator Operation

The Revolver™ lab rotator can be used in ambient temperatures from +4°C to 55°C, making it ideal for a variety of laboratory settings such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, clinical and Histochemistry. Small enough to fit on a crowded bench, the rotator is easily moved where it is needed - the bench, cold room, incubator, or biological hood. The Grant bio V-32 is a versatile multi-vortex mixer for vigorous re-suspension of cells or chemical pellets in tubes up to 1.5 ml, with the facility to mix individual tubes up to 15 mL.

Applications
Typical applications include intensive stirring of bacterial and yeast cells, extraction of metabolites and enzymes from cells and cell cultures, and various DNA operations such as deproteinization of DNA/protein complexes and purification of low molecular weight DNA/RNA fragments in PCR diagnostics.

The Checkit Go is an easy-to-use, stand-alone, disposable cartridge that allows you to check the accuracy of your liquid handling robot or multi-channel pipette in just seconds. No additional equipment is required. The Checkit Go is interchangeable with well plates, so it works with all robots that handle 96 well plates. Compatible with all makes of multi-channel or electronic pipettes.

This simple device measures the dispensed volumes of up to 8 channels simultaneously. It is the size of a well plate, so you can use it in your robot or on a lab bench. You're done in under 10 seconds. That means no more trying to read a tiny droplet's weight on a high-precision balance and repeat for seven more channels.

The Checkit Go directly measures the volume of the liquid dispensed, not an indirect measurement of the weight or the color change of a liquid. In addition, the Checkit Go limits evaporation to negligible levels because the dispensed droplets are encased in glass tubes within seconds. Measurements are guaranteed to be accurate to within 2% and typically better than 1%.

Easy to Use

Just aspirate the included dye. Dispense the dye into the wells on the flip tab of the cartridge. Flip the tab, or let the robot flip the tab. Then, watch the dye travel up the 8 channels simultaneously. Finally, compare the level of the dye against the graduations. You can record the measurement with a simple photo.

The disposable cartridge shows the measured volume directly on the cartridge. Just compare the level of dye against the graduations without any expensive balances or spectrophotometric equipment.
