Molecular Biology Grade. For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. Low Salt Formula.

Dissolve 35 grams in 1 Liter of distilled water. Adjust the pH to 7.2 Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Casein Peptone: 10 g / L
  • Sodium Chloride: 5 g / L
  • Yeast Extract: 5 g / L
  • Agar: 15 g / L
