The Z207-A-CMB includes a convenient combination rotor that holds 4 x 15 mL and 4 x 50 mL tubes in the same rotor. With the combination rotor, there's no longer a need to switch rotors, or use adapters to centrifuge 15 mL and 50 mL tubes for tissue culture. You can even process them simultaneously!
 
Along with the unique combination rotor, the Z207-A-CMB features the unique EZ-Scroll™ touchpad which gives you ease of control and a modern feel. An advanced microprocessor control allows for setting/displaying the rotational speed in either rpm or rcf in increments of 10. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy-to-use front panel can be used to adjust accel/decel rates, run time, and change the end-of-run alarm tone. There is also a momentary spin function that will run while the button is pressed. Additionally, the Z207-A-CMB features a sleep mode to save energy by shutting off after a certain time if not being used while on, which can be toggled on or off easily.

The Micro Bead Sterilizer is ideal for the sterilization of small tools (such as forces, scissors, needles, etc.) in which high temperatures (up to 300°C) can be used to eliminate the presence of bacteria, spores, and other microorganisms. The outer casting of the unit remains cool to the touch, even if the sterilizer is used all day. The supplied safety cover can be placed over the opening to conserve energy and reduce the heating/ramping rate. The sterilizer does not use gas, flame or chemicals, and is safe for use in hoods.  (This product is designed for RESEARCH USE and is not intended for clinical use).

Shortwave XX Series Lamps use ultraviolet radiation as a reliable and effective tool for sterilization and sanitation applications in hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and clinics. Work surfaces and equipment can become contaminated with bacteria which may be passed through the air or by hand infecting research projects and workers. In addition to bacteria, yeast, mold spores, germs, and viruses may also be present. Shortwave XX Series UV Lamps can kill up to 99% of these organisms. Decontaminate work surfaces with UV prior to PCR to reduce air-borne contamination during DNA sequencing. UV sterilization is particularly useful for temperature sensitive applications due to low operating lamp temperatures.
