Glass Coated Plate, 96 Square Well U-Bottom 41.60 mm Height, 2.0 mL

Glass coated, polypropylene deep well plates.  The 200nm thick coating of silicone dioxide creates a cradle of non-binding and inert glass to protect your sample.  This SiO2 coating helps to:
  • Reduced binding
  • Increase chemical resistance
  • Protect the same from any potential compounds leached from the plastic.
The plate design:
  • Unique square top with round bottom design allows for maximum volume, optimum mixing, and enhanced recovery
  • Separated round well bottoms allow for the use of ring or post style magnetic plates.
  • Raised rims on each well make for easy and secure sealing with adhesive films, silicone mats, or heat sealing films
  • Manufactured from virgin polypropylene (no mold release agents or regrind)

IsoPlates have clear bottoms with opaque wells like ViewPlates, but are made by molding 96-clear wells, then molding a black or white frame around the clear wells. This makes the color extend to the same depth as the well base, reducing crosstalk in bottom reading assays. B&W Isoplates are also an option for assays which require amplification of signal and reduced crosstalk but not visualization. These plates have black frames with white, opaque wells. Available in 96-well format with a variety of treatment options.

The Krystal microplates are supplied white for lumines-cence/ fluorescence or black for fluorescence assays. Clear well bottoms allow for use with instruments that read above or below the plate.

Three formats are avaiable to meet a range of applica-tions: 384 x 120 µl/well, 96 x 350 µl/well and 24 x 3 ml/ well. All can be ordered tissue culture treated. The 24 well plates are also available with a high binding irradi-ated surface.

Both the 384 well and 96 well plates are supplied in packages of 100 or in an HTS pack that includes 4 sleeves of 25 tissue culture treated plates with lids. The 24 well plates are supplied 68 plates to a pack with the exception of the tissue culture treated plates which are supplied individually wrapped with lids in packages of 56.

Bar coding is available for all plates upon request.
