Electroporation Cuvette
These cuvettes are compatible with most electroporation systems. The cap has been designed to improve aseptic handling techniques, while the lip and positive seal reduce potential aerosol and contamination issues. Available in 1 mm, 2 mm, and 4 mm gap sizes with individual color caps. Every cuvette is guaranteed sterile, packed using gamma irradiation, and has a simple tear wrapper for easy access when you need it. All 1 mm and 2 mm cuvettes have a tapered V bottom so that reduced sample volumes can be used while aiding sample pick up and minimizing dead volumes.
The Cell Projects range of HiMaX Electroporation cuvettes is designed to maximize molecular electroporation and electrofusion efficiencies for Bacteria, Yeast, Insects, Plants, and mammals. Each batch of cuvettes must undergo rigorous testing at several stages during the manufacturing process for engineering tolerances, biocompatibility, and sterility before being Quality tested for optimal and reproducible impedance measurements.
All batches are checked to optimize bio- and Transfection compatibility. Stringent use of high-quality polycarbonate and chemicals ensures consistent, uniform pulse generation and improved gene transfer.
The molding process ensures extremely high tolerances so that the electrodes have a consistent gap and parallel configuration. The electrodes are also cleaned chemically and physically to fully optimize the cuvette for high transformation efficiencies.
Diamond White Glass microscope slides are ideal for all routine applications, automated instruments, long-term storage, fluorescence studies and where accuracy and the highest optical quality are of paramount importance. The glass is specially formulated for minimal oxidation, which ensures sample integrity during long-term storage. Increased hardness and molecular stability of the slide surface provides more accurate experimental results and diagnoses.
Available in plain, frosted, color coded, charged and instrument specific versions. All slides are double cellophane packaged to protect against moisture and foreign particles.

Nylon Membrane Disc Filter

Nylon membranes are naturally hydrophilic polymer. They have broad chemical compatibility and low levels of extractables since the membranes do not contain any wetting agents, detergents or surfactants. They can be used in many different applications for filtering aqueous and organic solutions, even some aggressive solutions, such as acetonitrile (ACN), DMF and DMSO.
Nylon membranes are not good for acid solutions and tend to bind greater amounts of proteins and other macromolecules than other membranes. They are not recommended for protein recovery applications.

VistaLab™ Reagent Reservoirs, Bulk
Reservoirs have multiple features to help to limit “dead volume” or leftover residual liquid. This superior low retention maximizes reagent recovery up to 67% better than comparable reservoirs.
The trough-within-a-trough design funnels remaining liquid into a secondary deep channel, so leftover drops can be easily aspirated, preventing reagent waste. The secondary trough also helps improve pipetting consistency, ensuring every channel of a multi-channel pipette can draw up equal volumes.
Additionally, these reservoirs have a proprietary high-wettability, hydrophilic surface treatment that helps lower surface tension, causing liquid to spread rather than bead up. This assists in the prevention of water droplets clinging to walls.
VistaLab™ reservoirs are ergonomic and easy to use with molded graduations, pour spouts at every corner, and a wide base for better stability. 100 mL options are compatible with VistaLab™ 100 mL Reagent Reservoir Coolers and either come with lids or have lids that may be purchased separately.
