PR1MA™ Centrifuge Tube Filter Systems
PR1MA™ Centrifuge Tube Filter Systems simplify sample preparation by allowing filtration directly into a 50 mL centrifuge tube, eliminating the need for an additional transfer step. This design reduces sample loss, saves time, and improves workflow efficiency in routine lab filtration applications.
Each filter system features a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, providing high flow rates and low protein binding for reliable performance with a wide range of biological samples. Every case of 50 mL Centrifuge Tube Filter Systems includes a reusable centrifuge tube stand for added convenience.
One polypropylene Centrifuge Tube Stand is included with each case of 50 mL Centrifuge Tube Filter Systems. The included stand is autoclavable, reusable, and recyclable, and is designed to securely hold:
- One 50 mL centrifuge tube
- Three 15 mL centrifuge tubes
- Three 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes

The PR1MA™ Cell Strainer system is a fast, efficient, and easy-to-use solution designed to streamline the process of cell isolation and filtration. Ideal for flow cytometry, this advanced straining system is perfect for detaching, isolating, and filtering cells from clusters and tissue samples.
Each cell strainer features a durable polypropylene frame supporting a nylon mesh, available in eight distinct, color-coded pore sizes ranging from 5 uM to 100 uM. Eight fine mesh options offer enhanced control for filtering cell aggregates and clumps, improving experimental precision.
The innovative frame design significantly improves filtration performance. By eliminating the “air-lock” effect, PR1MA™ Signature Cell Strainers promote faster flow-through and better aeration, reducing spillover and processing time.
