PBS, 100 mL Tablets refer to pre-weighed tablets that are used to prepare a specific volume of PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline) solution. 

PBS is a widely used buffer solution in biological and biochemical research. PBS serves as a versatile buffer for various applications, including cell culture, immunohistochemistry, protein and nucleic acid research, and diagnostic assays. It helps maintain a stable pH and osmolarity, providing optimal conditions for biological reactions and preserving the integrity of cells and biomolecules. 

Each tablet contains pre-determined amounts of sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, and potassium phosphate monobasic. When dissolved in distilled water or a suitable solvent, the tablet dissolves, releasing the components, and instantly forms a ready-to-use PBS solution with a total volume of 100 mL.

These tablets ensure accurate and consistent preparation of PBS, eliminating the need for weighing and measuring individual components. They are designed to simplify the process and save time in laboratory workflows.
