PR1MA™ Permeable Cell Culture Inserts

PR1MA™ Permeable Cell Culture Inserts are designed to support advanced cell culture applications by mimicking a variety of in vivo conditions. With multiple membrane materials and pore size options, these inserts provide flexibility for a wide range of applications, including angiogenesis, migration, chemotaxis experiments, cell interaction, and drug transport studies.

Insert design ensures proper centering within wells, allowing easy pipette access to the lower chamber while preventing unwanted wicking between the insert and side walls. Suspended above tissue culture-treated wells, these inserts enable efficient co-culture setups, allowing cells to grow both on the membrane and at the bottom of the well.

For optimized performance, PET membranes offer excellent clarity for imaging and microscopy, while PC membranes provide superior cell attachment. This combination of versatility, ease of use, and reliable performance makes PR1MA™ inserts a valuable tool for cell culture workflows.
