For propagation and maintenance of E. Coli. High Salt Formula. Molecular Biology Grade.

  • Dissolve 40 grams in 1 liter distilled water
  • Adjust pH to 7.2
  • Sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Peptone: 10g/L
  • Yeast: 5 g/L
  • Sodium Chloride: 10g/L
  • Agar: 15g/L
