Mini (SUB6), Mini+ (SUB10) and Midi (SUB13) Submarine Gel Electrophoresis Systems

The SUB6 and SUB10 are ideal for routine nucleic acid preparatory and analytical electrophoresis techniques. SUB13 Midi is ideal for analytical and preparative studies of nucleic acids. Maximum of 32-sample (SUB6), 80-sample (SUB10), or 112-sample (SUB13) throughput capacity and features a removable gel-casting tray with end gaskets that allow gels to be cast directly within the tank.

High Throughput (SUBHT) Submarine Gel Electrophoresis System

Ideal for high throughput screening applications like single strand polymorphism (SSP) analysis following PCR. This horizontal gel unit can resolve DNA strands from 50 – 1000 base pairs in 30 minutes and accommodate up to 120 samples (96-well plate + 24 control and/or marker samples).
