Hoefer® Mighty Small Precast Gels

 

Hoefer® Mighty Small precast gels are high-performance mini polyacrylamide gels commonly used for protein separation. Utilizing the Bis-Tris buffer system, they effectively minimize protein modifications during electrophoresis, resulting in sharper and clearer protein bands with higher resolution.

  • High loading capacity: 50 uL max. sample volume
  • High resolution: Upgraded bis-Tris system for clearer, sharper separation bands and higher resolution
  • Ready to use and easy to store: No solution preparation or gel casting is required, saving time. Store at 2 to 8ºC
  • Good Repeatability: Fully automated gel casting process, minimal batch-to-batch variation, high stability, and good repeatability
  • Highly effective: Max 40 min for electrophoresis
  • Safe and non-toxic: No hazardous reagents need to be handled 

Compatible with Hoefer® Mighty Small II Vertical Electrophoresis Systems and the Hoefer® miniVE Vertical Protein Electrophoresis and Blotting Systems.
