Vacuubrand® BVC Control Fluid Aspiration Systems

Vacuubrand® BVC Control Fluid Aspiration Systems are a powerful, compact solution for efficient and precise aspiration of supernatants in laboratory environments. Engineered for reliability and ease of use, this system features a chemically resistant diaphragm vacuum pump designed for universal, economical operation and long service life.

Suction power is electronically adjustable via an intuitive touch panel, allowing users to precisely control vacuum levels for both strong and delicate aspiration tasks. This results in sensitive, reproducible operation across a wide range of applications. The system automatically turns the vacuum pump on and off as needed, further reducing noise levels and conserving energy.
 

The autoclavable collection bottle is designed to minimize aerosol and foam formation, supporting safe sample handling. A hydrophobic 0.2 uM protection filter helps prevent contamination of the vacuum pump and downstream components. Autoclavable quick-couplings are available as an accessory for added flexibility.

Designed for shared laboratory environments, the BVC Control is ready to accept a second aspiration hand controller (VHCpro), enabling simultaneous use by two operators. Its compact, space-saving design and quiet operation make it ideal for benchtop use directly at the workplace. Smooth surfaces allow for easy and efficient cleaning.

The BVC Control is available in two configurations:

• BVC Control G with a 2 L coated borosilicate glass bottle
• BVC Control with a 4 L polypropylene (PP) bottle
