The PR1MA™ Mini is a personal centrifuge that virtually fits in the palm of your hand. An eight-place rotor is included and comes installed. A second rotor for 0.2 mL PCR tubes and strips is also included and stored with the rotor removal key in a convenient compartment on the bottom of the centrifuge.

All centrifuges include the 8 x 1.5/2.0 mL microtube rotor, two position PCR strip rotor, and 8 adapters for 0.5 mL tubes.

The powerful PR1MA™ Orbi-Shaker is capable of mixing a 14 Lb load capacity up to speeds as high as 300 rpm. The standard platform (included) features a non-slip, rubber-coated surface, ideal for tissue culture flasks, Petri dishes, and staining trays.

The convenient MAGic Clamp™ platform (PATENT PENDING) is also available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The unique, magnetic attachment method (PATENTED) is the easiest way to instantly change between flask clamps of different sizes.

Powerful is the best word to describe the PR1MA™ Mini Vortexer. With a 4 mm orbit and fixed speed of 2,800 rpm, it instantly vortexes even the largest samples, including nearly full 50 mL tubes. Despite its powerful motor, the Mini Vortexer has a footprint of less than 4 x 4 inches, allowing it to fit on even the most crowded lab bench. 

Pressure-activated operation means that the motor is automatically activated with slight pressure on the center cup head. Operation is smooth, quiet, and efficient. When pressure is removed operation immediately ceases. The unique design prevents liquids from entering the housing, prolonging motor life.

The PR1MA™ V2 Vortex Mixer utilizes a smooth and powerful mixing technology, with the advantage of a uniquely designed reversible rubber head that can be attached to the mixer in two orientations. For the vortexing of single tubes, the cupped surface would generally be preferred. However, for applications requiring a flat/dimpled surface for mixing uniquely shaped vessels (or a handful of multiple test tubes), the head can easily be flipped over and reattached in reverse orientation.

The drive system is balanced with Q-Drive™ technology, providing a smooth vortexing action, while minimizing noise and excessive vibration. This results in quieter, more efficient, and longer lasting operation. With a maximum speed up to 3,200 rpm, the mixer provides an instant vortex of even the largest sample sizes, including full 50 mL tubes.

The PR1MA™ Orbi-Shaker™ Small is designed for smaller capacity applications and laboratories where bench space is at a premium. The shaker includes a 9.5 x 8" platform that mixes at a 19 mm orbit, perfect for thorough mixing and aeration in Erlenmeyer flasks.

An optional MAGic Clamp™ platform is available for use with Erlenmeyer flasks and test tube racks. The unique magnetic attachment method is the easiest way to instantly change between flask clamps of different sizes. (PATENTED)

The PR1MA™ Mini Digital Dry Bath with Heated Lid is the first and only mini heat block featuring a heated lid for protecting samples against unwanted condensation and evaporation.

Both the block and lid temperature can be selected independently in increments of 0.1°C, making it the ideal choice for the most temperature-sensitive applications, including immunoassays, LAMP assays, enzyme reactions & other temperature hyper-sensitive procedures.

The PR1MA™ Digital Dry Bath Series is a "next generation" product line that introduces several major advantages over traditional dry baths. They are the first digital dry baths to include advanced microprocessor controls, timed or continuous operation, and a removable hinged lid. In addition, an optional external temperature feedback probe can be positioned directly inside a sample tube, providing real-time control and monitoring of actual sample temperature.

The PR1MA™ Digital Dry Bath's transparent lid helps to promote better uniformity and minimize temperature stratification in the block by maintaining a warm air jacket layer. It also helps to reduce energy consumption by minimizing heat loss to the environment. The hinged lid can be flipped open (to the rear), or easily removed (lifted off) to accommodate taller tubes.

Both the single and dual block models can be ordered in a configuration that includes our unique Quick-Flip™ blocks. These universal blocks accept tubes from 0.5 to 2.0 mL and, with just a quick flip to the other side, accommodate 0.2 mL tubes, PCR strips or (in the dual block model only) a PCR plate.

Other blocks are available for tubes up to 50 mL.

The PR1MA™ Orbital Microplate Shaker is designed with a 3 mm mixing orbit, optimized for thorough mixing of microplates and/or PCR plates. Up to four plates (standard or deep well) can be placed on the included platform and are instantly secured without the use of springs, clamps, or tools.
