Nutritionally enriched medium for the growth of recombinant strains of E. Coli and in the preparation and transformation of competent cells.

Material is specially granulated to reduce dust and increase solubility rate.

Dissolve 31g in one liter distilled water. Heat solution to boiling with continuous stirring. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121°C for 15 minutes. Final pH@ 25°C: 6.8-7.2.

These two components are supported by a specially formulated buffer with an exacting combination of salts, PCR enhancers, stabilizers, and pH that results in earlier Ct values and a high specificity across a broad dynamic range.
