Z496-K Ultra High Capacity Floor Standing Centrifuge

The Z496-K centrifuges offer the highest tube/bottle capacity in our line.
Several rotors are available, including a popular 4 position swinging bucket rotor with a wide offering of accessories for the centrifugation of tubes, bottles, plates and blood bags. The high capacity rectangular buckets accept microplates directly or a variety of tube inserts for accommodating as many as 40 x 50 mL conical or 96 x 15 mL conical tubes per run.
Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving up to 99 saved programs, the easy to use front panel can adjust accel/decel rates, time, and convert operation between rpm and rcf. The powerful refrigeration system, with a range of -20° to 40°C, also features a pre-cool function that ensures the temperature of the chamber is optimized for any application.
A standard floor standing model is available (height: 38.6 in.) which includes a convenient lower drawer for the storage of frequently used rotors and accessories. In addition, a space saving "underbench" model (height: 27.5 in.) is available when under the counter storage is preferred. Both models are equipped with wheels for easy maneuverability around the laboratory.

The Labnet™ 1001 Mini Plate Spinner is the first centrifuge specifically engineered for rapid, efficient centrifugation of PCR plates and standard microplates. Hermle SIEVA-3 Filtration Centrifuge
The SIEVA-3 Filtration Centrifuge is the perfect centrifuge for cake filtration. The powerful SIEVA-3 reaches speeds up to 10,000rpm/7,825 xg, and features a transparent viewing port in the lid for close monitoring of samples. The stainless-steel housing and parts make the SIEVA-3 corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. Optional 500ml filtration baskets are available in both perorated and non-perforated. Clarified liquids exit the unit via the drain located on the side of the unit.

The Z36 HK is the result of many years of experience in the design of universal centrifuges, high speed centrifuges and compact microcentrifuges. The result is a "Super-Speed" centrifuge with unmatched performance among benchtop centrifuges. Instead, this compact, next-generation model features an expansive line of swing-out and fixed-angle rotors options that accept microplates and test tubes up to 50 mL. Excel™ Electronic Pipettes are multifunctional units with operational modes for standard and reverse pipetting as well as multiple and sequential pipetting, mixing of samples, and serial dilutions. All functions are easily programmed with one hand on the well-positioned display and keypad. A fully motorized piston drive and auto-calibration guarantee excellent accuracy and reproducibility. A removable, rechargeable lithium-ion battery ensures many hours of performance between charges.
The body of the pipette has been designed to fit comfortably in the right or left hand. Along with being lightweight, the unit is also well-balanced. The plunger button, located on the back side of the instrument, requires just a small movement of the index finger to activate, reducing the risk of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). The tip ejector slides easily with slight pressure from the thumb.
A small, rechargeable, lithium-ion battery powers the Excel™. A complete charge is achieved in just eight hours and last for 2,000 pipetting cycles. To ensure that a fresh battery is always available, a stand-alone charger and extra batteries are available. Also available is a 3-position linear stand for up to three single or multichannel pipettes and a carousel stand for up to six single or multichannel pipettes.
