The new Enduro™ Power Supplies meet a wide range of applications including DNA, RNA, and protein electrophoresis, blotting, and many others. Two models are available with voltage ranges to 300 V and current ranges to 3000 mA. Operating modes include constant voltage or constant current with automatic crossover. In addition, the 250V model offers a constant power operating mode.

All parameters, including voltage, current, power (250 V model only), and time are easily set using the membrane keypad and displayed digitally on the back lit LCD. Compact in design with a small footprint, the Enduro™ Power Supplies are also stackable to save space. For easy viewing and setting of parameters on the bench or on a shelf, the front of the power supply can be raised with the integral folding feet.

ENDURO™ GDS II and GDS Touch II are the next-generation Gel Documentation Systems from Labnet International. These gel documentation systems are used for visualization of DNA and protein stained within a gel and provide photo documentation of these gels in a laboratory setting.

The GDS II comes in either a 302 nm or 365 nm version and runs on a Windows-based PC (not included).

The GDS Touch II comes in either a 302 nm or 365nm wavelength version with 470 nm epi-blue lights for use with Safe Dyes that eliminate the need for ethium bromide.

Both versions now come with a storage location on top to help maximize bench space and provide a place for accessories.

The IB94000 MaGELin Mini protein system comes complete with everything you need to pour 10 cm x 10 cm cast-your-own gels. This highly versatile system will also accommodate the IB95000 Western Transfer module so when you’re not running gels the unit can be used as a dedicated Western transfer system.
 

The IB94000 comes complete with:

The IB94000 utilizes a unique spacer and casting system to make it easy and fast to cast your own gels. The special side spacers are made specifically to accommodate the thickness of each glass slide that comes with the unit. These side spacers will produce a 0.8 mm thick gel. Once the glass plates have been assembled using the side spacers, they can now be inserted into the gel casting unit. This unit accommodates two sets of glass plates simultaneously. The bottom of the gel casting unit contains a very soft gel-like gasket that will seal the bottom of the gel sandwich. Once the gel sandwich is placed inside the casting unit, place the lid of the casting unit on top and press gently to fasten using the included thumb screws. Once fastened the lid will provide the correct amount of down pressure on the gel sandwich to seal the bottom and hold them in place. The polyacrylamide solution can now be introduced through the opening in the casting fixture lid.

Enduro Horizontal Gel Boxes have been designed for ease of use, safety and durability. A variety of sizes are available, from a mini gel system to a large maxi gel system that can accommodate as many as 450 samples in a single run. A wide range of accessories are available to customize your system, including multichannel compatible gel combs.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION - The Enduro gel tanks are molded for leakproof performance and a long service life. The corrosion resistant platinum electrodes are located in cassettes to protect them during cleaning and provide for easy replacement. The lids fit on the gel boxes in only one direction. A drip ring on the lid recycles condensed buffer and prevents it from dripping directly onto the gel.

EASE OF USE - Casting gels for the Enduro system is very easy. Simply snap the rubber gates onto the ends if the tray, place the comb in position and pour the gel - no taping is necessary. Slots on the sides of the gel trays hold the combs in place. The two piece combs are designed so that the teeth can be raised or lowered to vary the depth of the well within the gel. The supplied combs are 1.5 mm thick. Combs of other thicknesses are available separately. After the gel has hardened, the combs and gates are removed and the gel and tray placed in the gel box. Loading strips may be placed on the bottom of the gel box to aid in well visualization. Gel trays are UV transparent.

DESIGNED FOR SAFETY - The power leads for the Enduro system are attached to the gel box lid. The connection with the electrodes is made only when the lid is properly in place. Removal of the lid removes power from the system. Side tabs and pressure pads make lid removal easy and prevent sloshing of buffer.

Enduro 10 x 10 cm Horizontal Gel Rig

The Enduro 96 is an ideal complement to the Labnet Enduro Horizontal Gel Box line. The 96-well format unit is compatible with 8-channel pipettes and matches up with the standard 96 well plate configuration. The average run time is 15-30 minutes. The gel is in a 10 X 12 cm format with options for either 1 or 2 marker lanes. The layout of wells is designed to allow a run length of 1.8 cm per sample providing ideal separation. For those who already own an Enduro E1010, the Enduro 96 comb sets are available and compatible with these existing units.

The ENDURO VE20 is Labnet's new large format vertical gel electrophoresis system. It distinguishes itself in its flexibility of applications and ease of gel casting and set-up requiring only 4 screws to secure 4 gels. The same gel tank can house a large format electroblotting assembly sold separately. This system is ideal for first- and second dimension SDS-PAGE, native, preparative, gradient and high-resolution nucleic acid electrophoresis.

Innovative screw-clamp technology consists of only four screws to secure up to four 20 x 20cm gels. This vertical screw clamp technology distributes pressure evenly along the height of gel rather than in the center to eliminate plate bowing and gel compression, while maintaining a leak-proof seal during casting.

NO TANK TOP ASSEMBLY
A built-in inner buffer chamber within the PAGE insert allows set up to be completed without inclusion of an upper buffer chamber.
