OptiWell™ 96-Well Square Deep Well Plates are engineered for automated high-throughput labs, offering maximum volume capacity, space efficiency, and reliable performance for a variety of life science and industrial applications. Ideal for bacterial cultures, sample storage, and centrifugation (up to 4,000 x g RCF), these plates are compatible with all major robotic systems and liquid handling platforms.

Manufactured from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene, each plate provides minimal liquid retention and low binding, ensuring optimal sample recovery and purity. The square well design allows for greater volume capacity per well compared to round wells, while maintaining compact plate dimensions.

All OptiWell™ plates are produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, meet ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 standards, and are certified RNase-, DNase-, and pyrogen-free. While autoclavable, selected formats are also available pre-sterilized via gamma irradiation in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.

Compatible with silicone sealing mats, adhesive films, and heat sealing foils, these plates support a wide range of sample prep, assay development, and storage workflows. Each plate features black printed alphanumeric labeling for easy tracking and sample identification.
