MIDSCI offers two undercounter medical grade and stackable refrigerator and freezer options from Summit. 

The FF7 Medical Grade Refrigerator is counter height and slim width (24 inches) so can fit in tight spaces in your lab. This refrigerator has a fully reversible door for flexible placement. The refrigerator is auto-defrost and has a unique "hidden" evaporator set behind the rear wall which creates a seamless interior. Inside, the generous storage capacity and flat door liner can accommodate large trays with dimensions up to 19½ X 16 inches and the unit has a rocker switch, located behind the adjustable thermostat, to turn the interior light on and off.

The VT65 Medical Grade Freezer can be used stand alone or stacked with our Summit FF7 Medical Grade Freezer. It is a front opening freezer with slim width and comes complete with front-mounted lock and alarm. The externally mounted thermometer provides temp readout and includes alarm to warn of internal changes. Manual defrost ensures that vaccines & pharmaceuticals remain stable while three slide-out basket drawers minimize temperature fluctuations when the door is open.

Z & ZA Units:

• Optimized semiconductor cooling to maintain the temperature inside the cabinet between 2 to 6° after being powered up.
• 4° ice rafts for accumulation of cold to effectively increase the cooling area and extend the holding time.
• Power supply supporting wide voltage zone, 12V conversion and vehicle mounting. Camera monitoring to automatically identify whether there are stormed items inside the cabinet so as to prevent them from being left behind.
• Storage security is enhanced with NFC swipe card module, lock/unlock status information is uploaded in real-time. Magnetic lock has authorization software and user permissions allow unlocking by scanning the QR code to provide security for the stored items.
• ZA units are equipped with cold chain monitoring module and temperature and humidity. Displays data in real-time and information is uploaded to the cloud platform for query through the Wi-Fi or 4G module. GPS positioning allows users to query the movement and track the transport cooler in real time. Bluetooth printing function allows users to print records simply with the touch of one. Camera monitoring to automatically identify whether there are stored items in the cooler to prevent stored items from left in error.

B Units:

• Passive cooling mode is possible by placing the case in a freezer.
• PCM ice pack can be placed inside to keep storage temperature at 2 to 10°C during transportation.
• ABS interior for additional insulation value.
