DryChill™ Ice-free Cooling Block

The DryChill™ cooling blocks are designed to store samples safely on the lab-bench without sample degradation due to temperature increase or fluctuation. Unlike traditional ice buckets, these blocks do not require any ice and are uniquely designed to minimize condensation, resulting in a convenient, mess-free cooling.

Each DryChill™ Cooling Block utilizes a proprietary gel refrigerant, designed to maintain cold (but not freezing) temperatures for extended time periods. Once the block temperature begins to warm, the visual indicator alerts the user by changing from purple to pink.

Four blocks are available for accepting a wide variety of commonly used research tubes and plates.

Labcon Reusable Tube Racks

These racks are designed to hold Labcon centrifuge tubes. Unlike foam racks, they are autoclavable and will not fall apart with repeated use. They can be frozen, and they stack together to minimize storage space. An interlocking design lets you connect more than one rack to create a handy workstation. Autoclavable (122°C) and freezable (-80°C).

Expandable tube racks can be assembled to hold 5 mL, 15 mL, and 50 mL tubes. You can link sections of 25 to suit your needs. Made of polypropylene.

These racks are designed for Labcon centrifuge tubes, other tube brands may not fit correctly.
