ECLIPSE™ Pipette Tips

Labcon Eclipse™ pipette tips include as standard many features available from other suppliers only as special upgrades. All the Eclipse™ tips we make are made of high quality 100% pure virgin medical grade polypropylene, so you won't find recycled plastics in our tips. We pre-test the resin to ensure no extractables are present. Every lot is lab tested and certified free of detectable Nuclease (RNase/DNase), Endotoxin (pyrogen) contamination and certified to U.S.P. results. Resins are pre-tested for metal contamination. All our Eclipse™ tips in racks are packed in our trademark Teal racks. These racks are made of polypropylene and are autoclavable repeatedly. They have sturdy latch hinges that won't come apart like lesser quality tip racks and a special snap lock designed so that it will not catch on your gloves. You can also get Eclipse™ tips in resealable zip style bags, in refills for our Pagoda® system, in Eclipse™ refills, and in racks that have been sterilized using irradiation.

Application

1. It can be used for research and development and other commonly used applications with needs of high throughput pipetting in genomics, proteomics, cytomics, immunoassays, metabolomics, biopharmaceuticals.

2. The TECAN automation tips may be used with the TECAN Freedom EVOlyzers and fully automatic sampling systems.

3. Hamilton automation tips are used in conjunction with Hamilton series workstations.

Advantages of NEST

• Air tightness test: precise equipment is used to test the air tightness between the tip and the adapter, to ensure good air tightness for each batch of products.

• Tests for resistance and CV values: a certain number of products are sampled for each batch for inspection, which is conducted using precise and unique measuring tools to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results to ensure the uniform conductivity of products.

Eclipse™ FlexTop™ Low Force Pipette Tips

Labcon Eclipse™ FlexTop™ Low Force pipette tips are designed to fit onto most popular pipettors and eject with forces shown to help reduce the risk of strain injury. By using these low force tips you don’t have to invest in special pipettors to gain all the advantages of low force pipetting. These ultimate tips feature a uniquely thin and flexible top that conforms to the pipette barrel unlike any other tips. They also include a non-beveled point that is so precise you can easily expel the tiniest amount of sample. And the top mounting is beveled to ensure that multichannel pipettes are easy to mount. Packaging

Individually Wrapped
Packaged in thermal sealed polyethylene bags.  These tips have been radiation sterilized.  This package is designed to provide the highest assurance that the tips you use are pure.

Bulk Pack
Tips are supplied in one large bag inside a corrugated container.  These are not recommended for long term storage due to warping.

96 Rack
Offer workhorse reliability and versatility.  They have heavy hook hinges that are extremely durable and an ergonomic snap-latch that won’t catch gloves.  Smooth rounded edges and a reinforced seal make these racks durable additions to your lab.  Strong enough to be autoclaved many times. The separate rack insert includes a beveled top an extra-sturdy surface for multi-channel pipetting.  A vent in the rack sides allows steam autoclaving to be more efficient and assures your tips are sterile. 

Eclipse Refills
Can be used to refill Labcon and some other brands of pipette racks.   Low carbon footprint makes them an ideal solution to waste reduction goals for your lab.  They refill racks without your having to touch the tips or racks, so you don’t need gloves.

Labcon ZAP™ Slik Aerosol Filter Universal Pipette Tips

ZAP™ Slik Aerosol filter Pipette Tips from Labcon combine the higher standard of ZAP™ filters with our own unique low retention pipette tips. These aerosol tips provide you with complete protection from sample carry-over at the same time they reduce sample retention. Incorporating a robotically inserted 10 um filter with a sponge-like porous pathway ZAP™ Slik tips have such a small pore they even block fluids in the unlikely event that you should over-pipette. And our SuperSlik®; polypropylene increases the hydrophobicity of tips surfaces, so they have up to 10 times less fluid retention.

ZAP™ Slik Aerosol Filter Pipette Tips have been proven in independent studies to block aerosol contamination. But unlike some leading brands of self-sealing aerosol resistant pipette tips they have no cellulose gum, toluene solvent, or colored dyes in the filter to mix with and contaminate your sample. Also, unlike self-sealing aerosol tips ZAP™ tips can be autoclaved in a steam autoclave. And ZAP™ tips will not wick fluids like cellulose filled aerosol resistant tips so you don't have to worry about how you hold your pipettor. Our ZAP™ tips in sterile racks, like all our other sterile products, receive valid sterilization processing compliant with ISO 11137.
