Large centrifuge tubes are perfect for clarifying large volume solutions or concentrating live cells in tissue culture. Made from pure pre-tested medical-grade resins to ensure the integrity of your work. Each lot is tested and certified free of RNase/DNase, Endotoxins, and is non-pyrogenic. Resins are pre-tested, and are free of ATP, Oleamide, DiHEMDA, and Phthalates. These tubes come in unique balanced packages of 2 tubes, so you don’t have to worry about resealing bags or re-sterilizing these tubes. They also include our exclusive caps with an integral elastomeric sealing ring that eliminates leaking. Sterile tubes have been sterilized with a validated medical-grade process using radiation.

The Pall AcroPrep Advance 96-well Long Tip Filter Plate for Nucleic Acid Binding (Pall NAB plate) incorporates a silica-based quartz glass fiber media to allow for efficient binding of DNA and RNA, while providing smooth flow and rapid processing of samples. This media offers researchers the flexibility to purify plasmid DNA from bacteria, and genomic DNA or total RNA from cell culture samples: a single plate for multiple applications. Reducing the chance of cross contamination is critical for reproducible quality results. Pall's new long tip plate minimizes hanging drop formation thus reducing the possibility of cross contamination. The Pall NAB plate is a multipurpose plate providing flexibility in applications, reduced risk of cross contamination and smooth flow for sample processing.

Isohelix™ BuccalFix DNA Stabilization and Lysis Kits

Stabilizes DNA at room temperature maintaining integrity for downstream process applications.

Isohelix BuccalFix range of stabilizing buffers are designed to completely stabilize the DNA in samples from DNA buccal swabs by inhibiting all enzymatic and microbial activity that occurs following any buccal sampling.

The DNA is fully stabilized and, importantly, the structure and integrity of the DNA is fully maintained for further downstream processing applications.

Once stabilized, the DNA can be stored in the BuccalFix at room temperature for periods in excess of 2 years, and then easily be processed for DNA isolation by the addition of Proteinase K and subsequent isolation steps.

The BuccalFix buffers are offered in bulk, as well as pre-filled into various tube formats to suit both manual and more automated applications where 1D and 2D barcoding and auto de-cap options are valuable.

Specifications of Printed Bags
