OptiWell™ Deep Well Plates - 384

OptiWell™ 384-Well Deep Well Plates are designed for ultra-high-throughput screening, sample preparation, and automated liquid handling in demanding research environments. With a compact footprint and 384-well conical V-bottom design, these plates maximize well density while ensuring efficient sample recovery and minimal cross-contamination.

Manufactured from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene, each plate offers excellent chemical resistance, low binding, and minimal liquid retention, ideal for sensitive biological and chemical workflows. The V-bottom wells promote complete pellet formation and easy resuspension during centrifugation—rated up to 4,000 x g RCF.

Produced in a Class 100,000 cleanroom and compliant with ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 standards, OptiWell™ plates are fully compatible with automated research platforms and robotic systems. They are certified RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free, and while autoclavable, select formats are available gamma sterilized in accordance with ISO 13485 for workflows requiring enhanced sterility.

Plates are compatible with a wide range of silicone sealing mats, adhesive films, and heat sealing foils, and feature black printed alphanumeric labeling for accurate sample tracking.

Half-Inch Label Tape with Three-Inch Core

Keep your labeling clear, consistent, and hassle-free with our 1/2-inch-wide label tape featuring a large 3 Inch core, perfect for high-volume dispensers and continuous use. This color-coding tape writes smoothly, sticks securely, and removes easily without leaving any sticky residue behind.

Designed for tough lab and industrial environments, the tape is strong, durable, waterproof, oil-resistant, and acid-resistant, giving you long-lasting performance wherever you use it. It withstands temperatures from –23°C to +121°C (10°F to +250°F), making it suitable for everything from cold storage to warm equipment areas.

Lead-Free Autoclave Tape

Autoclave tape is used as a process indicator in steam sterilizers. It features an aggressive, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to adhere to a variety of wraps so that the pack stays secure during sterilization and can be used on direct contact with substrates. Tape also features a chemical indicator to verify that it has gone through the sterilization process. Black diagonal lines appear on the tape after 10 minutes at 121°C or 2 minutes at 134°C in a steam sterilizer.

These Lead-Free Autoclave Tapes are designed for gravity sterilizers at 121°C for 30 minutes and pre-vacuum steam sterilizers at 132°C for 3 minutes and 135°C for 3 minutes.
