The Z287-A exceeds the limitations set forth by traditional microcentrifuges which are restricted solely to fixed-angle rotors for microtubes. Instead, this compact, next-generation model features an expansive line of swing-out and fixed-angle rotors options that accept microplates and test tubes up to 50 mL. We have designed this centrifuge to be our most compact and economical. A true workhorse for any lab requiring a centrifuge that can accommodate many fields of research.

Along with a broad range of available rotor options, the Z287-A introduces a convenient status indicator. Users can easily view the current state of the centrifuge from across the room. The LED illuminates to signify if the rotor is spinning, the run is completed, or the centrifuge is idle in standby mode.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the EZ-Scroll touch wheel front panel can adjust acceleration/deceleration rates and change the end-of-run alarm tone. Additionally, this feature prevents debris buildup, leakage, and can be operated with gloves on. The Z287-A is a truly powerful and versatile centrifuge perfect for any research laboratory.

The Z306 is a compact and economical centrifuge with a series of rotor options making it well-suited for clinical, industrial, and research laboratories. Despite the impressive capacity of the 4 x 145 mL rotor (capable of supporting 8 x 50 mL or 12 x 15 mL with the use of rotor inserts), the Z306 is surprisingly compact with a footprint of just over 14 x 18 inches. An optional rotor is also available for microplates (2 x 3 microplates), positioning this model as one of the smallest, and least expensive centrifuges capable of high-speed microplate centrifugation.

The Z32 HK utilizes much of the technology of our popular Z326 series, with a larger and more powerful motor drive, providing increased speed up to 20,000 rpm (38,007 x g). With 16 available rotor options, the Z32 HK is not only ideal for high-speed separations, it would also be classified as a universal centrifuge, offering economy-angled and swinging bucket rotors for lower-speed applications.

Tubes from 0.2 mL up to 85 mL can be accepted, and rotors can quickly be exchanged without any required programming, utilizing the instant rotor identification system.

Despite an impressive capacity of up to 4 x 145 mL (or 6 x 85 mL), the Z32-HK is surprisingly compact. The Z446 universal centrifuge series offers the highest capacity of any benchtop Hermle-Benchmark model. With aircraft grade, premium alloy construction, the 4 x 750 mL swing-out rotor can withstand centrifugal forces upwards of 4,500 xg with full loads of up to 28 x 50 mL or 68 x 15 mL tubes.

Advanced microprocessor controls allow for instant rotor identification, which automatically converts the rotational speed to the relevant g-force (rcf), preventing the user from setting a speed above the capabilities of the installed rotor. In addition to retrieving saved programs, the easy-to-use front panel can adjust accel/decel rates and change the end-of-run alarm tone. Rotor exchange is simple and requires less than one minute.
