OptiWell™ Deep Well Plates are engineered for high-throughput research and laboratory automation. Designed for compatibility with leading robotic systems, including KingFisher™ instruments (not affiliated), these plates deliver reliable performance for a wide range of scientific applications.
 

Manufactured from virgin medical-grade polypropylene in a Class 100,000 cleanroom, OptiWell™ plates ensure the highest standards of purity and consistency. Each plate features black-printed alphanumeric labeling for easy identification and is ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 compliant for seamless integration with automated liquid handling systems.

Ideal for bacterial cultures, sample storage, and centrifugation up to 4000 x g, the plates feature a conical V-bottom design for efficient sample recovery and minimal liquid retention. All OptiWell™ plates are RNase/DNase free, non-pyrogenic, and autoclavable, with select models available pre-sterilized by gamma irradiation under ISO 13485 standards.

Also available is the OptiWell™ Plate and Comb Combo Pack (D3096-KFC). OptiWell™ Tip and Comb sterile combo packs are a convenient package built for compatibility with KingFisher™ and Accuris IsoPure™ automation platforms. The included 96-well plate (D3096-39S) features square wells with conical v-bottoms, a working well volume of 2.2 mL, and printed alphanumerics. The OptiWell™ tip combs (D3340-96S) are made from a low-binding, medical-grade polypropylene and are ideal for applications in DNA extraction/quantification, viral RNA extraction, immunoprecipitation, and more.

OptiWell™ Sterile Combo Packs are packaged in cases of 50 coupled pairs of Tip Combs and Deep Well Plates. Compatible with KingFisher™ platforms: Apex, Duo Prime, Flex, and Presto
