PRO Scientific PRO200 Homogenizing Packages

 

PRO Scientific probes feature a durable doublebearing design that delivers superior strength, stability, and longer service life. Unlike many competitors, the PRO probe rotor shaft does not connect directly to the homogenizer drive shaft, a common weak point that causes excessive wear to both the probe and drive shaft. Instead, the PRO probe’s rotor shaft connects to the motor drive shaft, allowing smoother, straighter rotation while eliminating bending and flexing. This design locks the probe securely in place during homogenization, reduces wear, improves safety and performance, and extends the life of both the probe and the homogenizer.

  • With these homogenizing packages, sample breakdown levels can reach a very low nanoparticle level, as small as 1 micron

  • *Sample piece size and quantity will affect breakdown. Sample piece size should not be larger than 7 mm in diameter. Processing in 50 mL tubes should be used for liquid-based samples only. For small volumes (under 50 mL), use of this high-speed version is not recommended.
