MIDSCI Clearance & Overstock Product Disclaimer: 

1.    All clearance items are sold as-is and are a final sale. There are no refunds,
exchanges, or credits provided once the item is purchased.

2.    Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts.

3.    MIDSCI does not warranty demo models, clearance, or supplier discontinued
product. Items may be discolored, faded, or worn marks/spots as it may have been a
demo/display model.

4.    Clearance items are first come, first serve while supplies last. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks are available. Not valid on prior purchases, taxes or shipping and processing charges.

5.    MIDSCI does not reserve or hold clearance merchandise.

6.    Where applicable, customers must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

7.    Items have been inspected individually and were ensured to be in satisfactory working condition upon product listing (lights working, receiving power from power adapter, etc.) Most products (if product needs one) include a generic power adapter.
