MTC™ Bio’s 5 mL MacroTube® Cardboard Freezer Boxes provide a durable, eco-conscious solution for cold storage of 5 mL tubes. Made from recyclable cardboard with a liquid-resistant outer coating, these boxes are designed to perform in demanding lab environments. Each box ships fully assembled for immediate use and features liquid nitrogen drainage slots to prevent moisture buildup during ultra-low temperature storage.

Choose from two configurations

• 5 x 5 grid for 25 x 5 mL Snap-Cap tubes
• 6 x 6 grid for 36 x 5 mL Screw-Cap tubes

Both versions include an attached hinged lid and alpha-numeric coding for easy sample identification. A durable polycarbonate version is also available, ideal for extended use across extreme temperatures ranging from -196°C to +121°C.
