lipoGrade - Hydrophobic Surface

lipoGrade plates feature a strongly hydrophobic/lipophilic surface, for the immobilization of biomolecules with strongly hydrophobic regions. They are an alternative to the immunoG plates for solid phase assays, and are a choice for homogeneous assays with hydrophilic molecules that remain in solution.

• lipoGrade assay plates are offered in 96 and 384 well formats; 96-well plates are available in different well geometries
• Treated to bind biomolecules with predominatly hydrophobic regions
• Surface choice to bind lipoproteins, peptides, and other hydrophobic molecules, or for homogeneous assays with hydrophilic molecules that remain in solution
• Polystyrene, Non-sterile
• Colors available include transparent, white and black, along with colored plates with transparent bottoms
• Blue alphanumeric coding on 96 well plates
• Free from endotoxins, DNase, DNA, RNase
• Standard plates are packaged in 20 stacks of 5 plates
• Each inner pack contains one lid (i.e. one lid per 5 plates for standard plates; one lid per 25 plates for transparent bottom plates)
• Lids available separately

Well-Type	Description
F-Bottom	Flat well bottom.  Designed for precise optical measurements, colorimetric determinations, and microscopy applications.
F-Trans Bottom	Transparent flat well bottom.
U-Bottom	Round shaped well bottom.  Well suited for stirring and washing samples.
V-Bottom	Conical well bottom.  For maximized sample recovery.
C-Bottom	Flat well bottom with curved edges.  Combines the advantages of U-Bottom and F-Bottom plates.
