ILP Sealing Mats
ILP Compression Molded Silicone Sealing Mats are high-performance, reusable plate seals engineered for use with deep well, PCR, microplates, and high-throughput screening plates. These mats offer labs an efficient and cost-effective solution for airtight sealing across a wide range of formats, including 24-well, 48-well, 96-well and 384-well plates.
Manufactured from premium-grade silicone, these mats are chemically resistant, adhesive-free, and designed to maintain sample integrity by preventing evaporation, sample loss, and cross-contamination. Their self-sealing perforations allow pipette access without compromising the airtight seal, making them ideal for both automated and manual workflows.
Openings ("+" or "–") help reduce pipetting errors and enable fast, efficient sample access. Many options also feature printed alphanumeric grids for easy well identification. Choose from round, square, rectangular, or septa-style formats tailored to your plate type.
