Stainless Steel Automatic Defrost Freezer
The Premier Manual Defrost Freezers feature a microprocessor temperature controller, which allows for precise temperature control, recovery and maintenance versus mechanical style thermostats. Critical samples and supplies are security backed with an extensive package of temperature security and alarms.
Manual defrost units also feature insulating inner doors and a manual defrost operating system to limit product-damaging temperature spikes.
In addition to the elimination of damaging auto defrost cycles, the inner doors help reduce cold air loss during main door openings and greatly improve temperature recovery.
Periodic manual defrosting is required.

DISCLAIMER: Auto defrost freezers incorporate an electric heater installed on the evaporator that assist in the removal of the frost and ice. Although the heater helps speed up the frost and ice removal, it can raise the temperatures within the freezer
The Freestanding models (“UCFS”) require 4” of clearance around back and sides of the unit for proper ventilation. Improper installation will void the warranty and will lead to temperature maintenance issues, overheating and possible failure.
Environmentally friendly, natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants (not containing hydrofluorocarbons) vastly reduce global-warming potential (GWP) while meeting new EPA/SNAP mandates and UL, ASHRAE compliance guidelines.
